We can design and implement end-to-end monitoring solutions for new and existing buildings. Whether you have existing sub-meters or a blank slate, whether your building is a multi-story office tower, or a sprawling university campus, from electricity to water and gas, we can design a practical and cost-effective solution to meet your requirements. We can also supply wireless sub-meters, and remote meter reading technology from a variety of vendors, as well as managed 3G mobile data telemetry services.
Custom dashboard design and story telling
Our in-house design and creative team that can develop custom dashboard designs based on a client’s particular requirements, including branding and skinning. Whilst the core of Greensense View® will always be around the real-time visualisation of energy and water use, we understand that different people respond differently to the sustainability message and so we like to think of ourselves as story tellers, able adapt the message to fit the audience.
Energy, water, waste, and carbon management
We can work with you to improve energy and water efficiency and to implement waste reduction strategies. Our services range from on-site energy, water, and waste audits; greenhouse gas accounting and reporting (including reporting under NGER); and, evaluating and preparing business-cases for new green technology and other carbon abatement opportunities. We also have a quarterly performance assessment service where we analyse your building’s performance and send you a report on how you are tracking and opportunities for improvement.
Sustainability advisory services
Finally, we offer management-consulting services focused on sustainability. We specialise in the areas of climate change adaptation and abatement planning and sustainability reporting. We can also provide advice on the impact of new regulatory obligations including Commercial Building Disclosure, Energy Efficiency Opportunities, National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting, and the new Clean Energy Future legislation package, including the carbon tax.
